Durant Trails Reserve sprinklers are now running on Tuesday’s, Thursday’s and Saturday’s starting at 3:00am
Please check handbook for new modifications
Please put yard waste in the following for collection 1. Permanent container with lifting handles, such as a plastic or metal garbage can, no larger than 35 gal., and weighing no more than 75 lbs.; or 2. Biodegradable paper bags; or 3. CLEAR plastic bags. Call Raleigh Solid Waste at (919) 831-6890 if they miss you on the Wednesday pickup.
There is no overnight parking in the Reserve streets and absolutely no parking in the grass
Any emergency repairs call Charleston Management first: 847-3003. All insurance claims should go thru Charleston Managenemt
