WELCOME TO DURANT TRAILS!

Located in beautiful north Raleigh, Durant Trails is a welcoming, family-friendly neighborhood that combines the amenities of the city with the beauty of the country. Nestled between neighborhood schools, Durant Trails is convenient to both shopping and dining. Our swim and tennis community also offers an excellent system of Capital Area Greenway trails that connect our residents with other neighboring communities as well as the beautiful Durant Nature Park. We are proud of our more than 700 home sites which offer amenities such as tennis courts, neighborhood playground, and swimming pool!

Pool

Durant Trails homeowners can enjoy a swim or simply relax on the pool deck from May through September.  Durant Trails residents will be given a key card that provides them access to both the pool areas. Lifeguards are on duty during the busiest part of the season to  ensure that the pool is as safe as it is fun. During non-peak days and times, the pool is a swim-at-your-own-risk facility.

If you plan to use the pool, make sure you read and follow the pool rules. Residents needing a pool key card may pick one up at Charleston Management or downloaded from the pool documents area of this website.

Tennis Courts

If tennis is your game, Durant Trails tennis courts are available from morning 'til night.  These lighted courts are open until 10 PM during summer hours.

To access the courts, residents need to have a key-card.  You can obtain a key-card from Charleston Management by either stopping into their office, or by sending in a completed application.

Playground

The playground is open year-round for families of Durant Trails to enjoy!  Adjacent to the pool and tennis courts, the playground has swings, a state-of-the-art play structure, and benches for tired parents.

At various intervals, the Durant Trails HOA hosts neighborhood events here. You can be sure that almost any time the sun is shining, there are families enjoying the playground.

Capital Area Greenway

The Raleigh Capital Area Greenway runs through the neighborhood, offering miles of enjoyment.  Stop at one of the benches along the way to hear the birds singing and feel a gentle breeze.  Or take a picnic lunch along and spend some time at the end of the trail -- at Durant Nature Park.
